Using this site
Legacy Lounge is operated by Succedia Ventures. By using this site or submitting a form you agree to these terms. Content here is provided for information only and is not investment, legal or medical advice, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell securities.
Invitations and admission
Rooms are invite-only and curated. Submitting a registration, nomination or inquiry is a request, not a confirmed seat. We may decline or withdraw admission at our discretion, and seats are personal and non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Tickets and payment
Ticket prices are shown at the point of registration in US dollars and may change for future rooms. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Where registration is handled on Luma, that platform’s terms also apply to your booking.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Programme, speakers, venue and timing may change. If we cancel a room, we will contact registered guests and refund tickets paid for that room. For any other refund or transfer request, write to legacylounge@teresage.com and we will confirm what is possible before the event.
Conduct and confidentiality
Rooms are intimate and generally off-the-record: please do not attribute or publish what is said without the speaker’s consent. We ask guests to behave professionally and respectfully, and we may ask anyone who does not to leave. Photography and filming may take place at events for community and marketing use; tell a host on site if you prefer not to appear.
Third-party names and content
Company names, marks and logos shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are used to describe past programming, hosts and collaborators. Their appearance does not imply endorsement.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with this site or attendance at a room is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant ticket. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
