Who we are

Legacy Lounge is a private events community operated by Succedia Ventures in Palo Alto, California. You can reach us at legacylounge@teresage.com.

What we collect

• · Contact details you submit: name, email address and, if provided, organization.
• · Inquiry and nomination messages you send through our forms.
• · Registration details for events, including attendee name and email.
• · Basic technical data your browser sends when loading this site (such as IP address), used to operate and secure it.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to inquiries, manage guest lists and event access, send the dispatch you subscribed to, and issue tickets or confirmations. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We rely on third parties to run parts of this service: Lovable Cloud for hosting, database and email delivery, Stripe for payment processing (we never receive your full card details), and Luma for some event registrations. Each processes data under its own terms and privacy notice.

Email preferences

Subscribing is optional and you can stop at any time by replying to any dispatch with “unsubscribe” or emailing us. We keep a record of your request so we do not contact you again.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have given us, or to stop using it. Write to legacylounge@teresage.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live, local privacy law may give you additional rights.

Retention and children

We keep information for as long as needed to run the community and to meet record-keeping obligations, then delete it. This site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children.

If this notice changes, we will update the date above.
